    Wayne A. Fanelli is President & CEO of Pleasant Valley Modular Homes, Inc. He has been involved in the industry nearly all of his life. Mr. Fanelli managed retail housing sales locations for many years and co-founded our sister company Pine Grove Manufactured Homes, Inc. in 1982. He has been active at Pine Grove for nearly 26 years, serving as President since 1997.

     Ted Salamak is General Sales Manager of the Company, overseeing the PVMHI sales team. He also handles the Maine, Delaware, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts sales regions.

    James Hancock, Regional Sales Manager, has exclusively served the Pennsylvania territory since the Company's inception.

     Jason Brommer, Regional Sales Manager serving the New York, Vermont, and Maryland markets, brings considerable product knowledge to his and all customers of Pleasant Valley.

     Judy Krepich, Regional Sales Manager serving the Virginia, New Jersey, North Carolina, Connecticut, and Rhode Island markets, brings great industry experience to her position. She oversees some of the fastest-growing territories in the Pleasant Valley family.

     John Shive brings extensive industry experience & production knowledge to PVMHI customers.  He was a key player in the start-up of Pleasant Valley's manufacturing facility from 2005-2006 and now uses his extensive construction and product knowledge to assist customers in our sales and marketing departments.
