As a convenience to Pleasant Valley builders and customers, PVMHI has constructed four fully-furnished display models on residential building lots, with full basements, decks, and garages.  Those who wish to view the models must check in at our front office and sign in with the sales secretary (the models are locked and unavailable with the exception of the listed times).  A PVMHI representative must accompany all individuals through the model homes—no exceptions.  Therefore, we must limit viewing to the time slots listed below.

The following are (the only) times available for viewing:

Mon. – Fri.: 9:30AM – 10:30 AM (Departs PVMHI Design Center Promptly at 9:30)

Mon. – Fri.:  2:00 PM – 3:00 PM (Departs PVMHI Design Center Promptly at 2:00)

Applicable Saturdays ONLY: 10:00AM – 11:00AM ; 1:00PM – 2:00PM
Check Website for Dates of Saturdays that are Open; Approx. Once a Month

Please Note:  Availability is weather-permitting; models will not be open during or immediately following substantial rain, snow, etc.

     After checking in, please feel free to browse through our other models; the tour of the off-site models will depart from the Design Center at Pleasant Valley .  Individuals must provide their own transportation to the models, and park along the right side of the street without causing disruption to our neighbors (or the surrounding property).  We will do our best to accommodate disabled individuals; however, these homes are not handicap accessible.  We ask that you kindly refrain from using any of the utilities in these models (i.e. toilets, sinks, etc.), to refrain from smoking, eating, or drinking, keep small children close by, and to treat the homes as if they were your own.  Please use restroom facilities in the Design Center , as they are NOT available in ANY of the models.  We will spend approximately fifteen minutes at each home and will then promptly return to the Pleasant Valley campus.     

     We will do our very best to answer questions you may have, but it is always more effective for customers to bring a builder with them to assist with questions.  Lastly, no pricing information may be provided by PVMHI; please see your local PVMHI builder/retailer for pricing information.  Thank you for visiting Pleasant Valley Modular Homes.
