LARGEST ATTIC STORAGE SPACE IN THE INDUSTRY
The Attic Package is available on any 28'-Wide home. It includes a 7/12 roof pitch and a huge attic space (14'-Wide and entire length of the home) with a walk-up staircase. Drywall is available, but is not a required option. As in any Pine Grove home, the roof is constructed 16" on-center. This package includes 30-year architectural roof shingles.
