The Modular Home Buying Process

Pleasant Valley modular homes are marketing through local builders, retailers, and developers. Because Pleasant Valley is the manufacturer of modular homes, we rely on a vast network of builders throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States. Builders in the local community assist home buyers in many areas, including lot inspection, site preparation (foundations, etc.), and final setup and completion of the home once it arrives on the building site.

Nearly all authorized Pleasant Valley builders, retailers, and developers are independant businesses, free to select the best possible product on the market to make available for their customers. All builders are completely independent of PVMHI.

Some retailers even have model homes on display at their sales centers, if you are unable to view the models at our factory Model Home Village. Our facility is easily accessible off of Interstate 81, in central Pennsylvania. PVMHI is one of the few manufacturers that permits home shoppers to view model homes at the manufacturing center.

Please Note: We are always happy to answer as many questions as we can accurately discuss with the home buyer; however, all pricing inquiries must be made through your local builder, retailer, or developer. This is simply because local builders provide a vast array of home building services, whereas Pleasant Valley, the manufacturer, only provides the actual modules of your home.

To locate a retailer near you, send an email with your location (zip code is best) to this email address: info@pvmhi.com.
