Wayne A. Fanelli is President & CEO of Pleasant Valley Modular Homes, Inc. He has been involved in the industry nearly all of his life. Mr. Fanelli managed retail housing sales locations for many years and co-founded our sister company Pine Grove Manufactured Homes. in 1982. He has been active at Pine Grove since day one, and has served as President & CEO since 1997.
Ted Salamak is the General Sales Manager of the Company, overseeing the everyday activities of the PVMHI sales team. He also handles the Maine, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts sales regions.
Joe Heberling, also a Regional Sales Manager, serves the Pennsylvania, New York, West Virginia, Virginia, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and North Carolina markets, which are some of the fastest-growing territories in the Pleasant Valley family.
John Shive, Senior Sales Coordinator, serves the local market within a 75 mile radius of the Pleasant Valley facilities in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. John was a key player in the start-up of Pleasant Valley's manufacturing facility from 2005-2006 and has since transitioned into the sales team, bringing with him extensive product and construction knowledge in the service of both retail customers and authorized Pleasant Valley builders.
