Model Home Village
Welcome to the Model Home Village at Pleasant Valley... our village of completely set-up, climate-controlled, furnished & decorated model homes available for your viewing pleasure. The Village is located at our office and manufacturing complex in Pine Grove, Pennsylvania. The village currently features ten model homes shown throughout the year! These homes are all completely setup, finished, and open for your viewing pleasure. Check back here periodically to see the latest information about the Model Home Village at Pleasant Valley.
The display of homes in the Model Home Village includes the Briarcrest Cape-style L-ranch home, the Peachfield colonial two-story home, the Brighton-A modified ranch home, and the Chesapeake-C, Bridgeport-B, Edgewood-C, Farmington, Clinton, Richmond, and St. Lucia ranch style homes.
Pleasant Valley also showcases two off-site model homes. Both of the homes are currently setup on building lots within 1-2 miles of our manufacturing facility. Home designs showcased are a Victorian gable-elevation two-story home and a full-vault cape chalet featuring authentic cedar lap siding. OFF-SITE DISPLAY HOMES
As a convenience to Pleasant Valley builders and customers, PVMHI has constructed two fully-furnished display models on residential building lots, with full basements, decks, and garages. Those who wish to view the models must check in at our front office and sign in with the sales secretary (the models are locked and unavailable with the exception of the listed times). A PVMHI representative must accompany all individuals through the model homes—no exceptions.
